Bio
Lin Yang is an associate computational biologist in Shirley Liu’s lab at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. His research focuses on developing novel bioinformatics methodology and pipeline for next-generation sequencing data analysis. He has some experience in developing a novel tool in the Single-Cell CRISPER data analysis before moving to the Boston area. Currently, he is working on RNA-Seq analysis pipelines in snakemake workflow language on the high-performance cluster and cloud platforms at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
